Warm-up helps athletes avoid the injuries while stretching and cool down helps their bodies recover faster after making an enormous effort. Therefore, NewLife Exercise Therapist, Wang Sy Ya (specializing in weight management and body conditioning and strengthening) was running warm-up, cool down, and stretching sessions. The sessions covered the aspects of proper exercising before and after the games; volleyballers could join the sessions depending on their needs. Some of the athletes found the exercises extremely useful, they kept coming back every free minute they had.
